Did you know... that for 40 + days Jesus walked the Earth? He was seen by over 500 people who can historically account for His resurrected life. So, where does the atheist come in? We all want 'scientific' accounts of this and that, well, here ya go and you're still going to say that Jesus doesn't exist? Are you really that stubborn and arrogant?
What do people actually have against Him anyway? He simply told people to love their neighbor. It's why the hippies in the 70's created a mass revival because they wanted 'free love' but they didn't want it in the form of acid trips and sex, they wanted true, unconditional love that can't come from a short-lasting high.
Did you watch Jesus Revolution? It's based on a true story.
It's amazing to me how many 'open-minded' people are open to anything, EXCEPT Jesus. We see it constantly from the liberal mindset, it boggles my mind.
I witnessed an Easter 'prayer' this year, that was everything except a prayer, it left Jesus out completely and it pissed me off entirely. It breaks my heart that an entire generation of people are so full of 'free love' and 'open-mindedness' yet are SO CLOSED MINDED when it comes to the fact that JESUS ACTUALLY LIVED, THAT THE STORIES ARE TRUE. And not only that, but proven BY ATHIESTS, like, how small minded can you BE?!
This world is so full of sexual immorality, sin, addiction, self-proclaiming love, lust, that we allow our kids to witness drag queens, watch murder on TV, listen to crap music preaching sex and suicide. ARE WE IN THE TWILIGHT ZONE!? You can't watch a Netlfix show rated 'family' or 14+ without seeing sex everywhere. My sister-in-law can't buy my four-year-old niece clothes that aren't crop tops and we WONDER why our kids are exploited and trafficked?! If you're not ENRAGED about TikTok and little girls in their short shit recording themselves dancing and plastering it all over the internet, you're in need of some SERIOUS priority shifts.
Our job isn't to live for the word, we're to live for God, even if we're hated, even if we say what others are too chicken shit to say. IT ISN'T OK and our kids deserve better, Christ who died on a cross so that we can live these sin-filled addicted lived, He deserves better.
Oh we're not supposed to judge, right? The anti-Christ agenda throwing old scripture in our faces... no, what it actually means, if you study the scripture in Matthew 7 is that you're to pull the speck from your eye FIRST. So, basically, don't be a hypocrite. If you're telling someone to improve in a certain area of their life, you best be improving in that area of your OWN life. Scripture says we are to call out our brethren who are sinning, in a loving way, of course, but sometimes love is tough. As our pastor said last month, unconditional love IS NOT tolerance. If your kid was bullying someone at school, wouldn't you love him or her enough to correct them? Of course, you would! That is what it means.
The more we live in the 'everything goes' culture, the further away we get from standing on Truth. People are ignorant when it comes to the gospel, usually because they were hurt in church, by church people, I know, I was one of them and it kept me out of church for 15 years. They don't actually know the true message of the gospel, they distort it to make it fall in line with their truth instead of the actual TRUTH, the TRUTH of Jesus's life.
I made this mistake, I blamed everything on everyone, my rapist, my dad for his addiction and lack of presence in my life. I got high every chance I got, I was drunk most days, eating my feelings, having sex with strangers, spending money I didn't have, trying to fit in with people I thought were my friends. Then a simple invite to church where a pastor who'd been through the FIRE shared a different message, the message of HOPE and PEACE and FREEDOM, GRACE, LOVE AND MERCY. Something people didn't know how to give, but God did. So I decided to study and learn for myself, I was in my early 30's, I'd wasted most of my life, blaming others, accepting any god as my god and I knew I was lacking. So I read the bible, I asked God to lead me, I was open to His message and slowly over time, I started to learn of His grace and never-ending love for me. I needed to understand it for myself and if you haven't read it, I highly recommend you do, especially if you're not saved.
The world can muddle the message, find a bible teaching church, learn for yourself what it means to be a follower of Jesus, truly. Not a follower of man; not your pastor or elder or parent or spouse. Just Jesus.
SEEK HIM. KNOW HIM. I guarantee you that if you get OUT of your own way, if you're TRULY open to the message of salvation, your life will be shaken in an entirely new way.

What an amazing post! We are living in the last days. The Lord has been patiently waiting for all to come to repentance.Maranatha!
